I've always been treated with respect and have always been greeted by a friendly staff. I now have purchased a 2016 New Chevy Crew Cab truck. I was treated just as expected, excellent! Disappointed I went to the Dealership for a recall issue. Which i had an appointment. When I first get there, I was treated so nicely and was told that the service I went to the Dealership for a recall issue. Which i had an appointment. When I first get there, I was treated so nicely and was told that the service would only take 1 hour and a half. I noticed people coming in after me getting things done and leaving before me. I guess because they were paying customers they should go before me. After the time had passed, I went to inquire, I was told that they were finishing up it would be 10 minutes and then 45 minutes later here comes my car. I feel everyone should be treated the same whether you are paying or not. More
