He was always attentive to my needs and when I drove into the dealership,it was car side service which was a bonus. The deal I received as well is what made me purchase this vehicle from them. I had my trade in for 7 years which was also a Jeep,longest car I had ever owned,and had no intentions on getting rid of it this soon,and I hope the Grand Cherokee gives me as good of luck as my previous. So far the service I have received is wonderful. I hope nothing happens to my jeep other than normal maintenance so I cannot comment on the actual service department at this time. More
