The delivery was ok, except there was no owner manuels and the windshield washer fluid needed one pint of fluid, when I checked the next day After delivery. And worst ongoing problem is the dealership has still Not sent my $2000.00 owed me from the difference of my trade in vehicle to the purchase price paid, meaning I applied most trade in monies to the purchase, but am still due $2000. I have to file a small claim to recoup my $2000.00, since Honda Millenium seems to continue holding my money. More

Wh I called for appointment for a recall that I received for my 2012 Honda Pilot to be serviced, The service personnel who welcomes me was Paul Mosca. When I handed him the letter from Honda. He first thanked me for not neglecting the mailing letter and took the time to take care of that. This makes me feel valued as a customer. Paul is very professional, courteous. The way he speaks to his customers make them feel at ease. He assures me that my car will be taken care rapidly and reassure me that I have nothing to pay. What makes Paul's service outstanding is the fact that he told me he will check if there were another recall under which your vehicle was flagged for. He invited me to get a cup of coffee.He wants to make sure that I am ok. He came to me a few times to give me a update of the car repair. and sure enough, there was another recall that the Pilot was called for. Paul is the type of representative that encourages t customer o come service their car at Millennium Honda. He is excellent in terms of people relationships.
