The wait was extremely long. I had an appointment for 10am and left out of there at 1:15pm. There was also lack of communication. After 2 hours I had to ask for an update. If it was communicated to me when I checked in that the oil change, tire rotation, brake flush and inspection would have taken so long, I would have made arrangements to leave the vehicle vs waiting for it.
