I had to wait an hour for the shuttle to take me 7 minutes up the road. I received a call that the recall was fixed and to pick up my car. However, when I got there, a problem that didn’t exist prior minutes up the road. I received a call that the recall was fixed and to pick up my car. Worst customer service ever. The guy said it took 2-3 hours, however no one provided any updates after 5 hours. I had to call and hold for 25 minutes to speak with someone.
