As a result, on my way to work that night, I received a "Low Tire Pressure" warning light on my dashboard. I attempted to get a ride from their Shuttle service, but I received the same response I've gotten in the past: "The shuttle is dropping a few customers off, check back later." Which makes me wonder whether they genuinely offer a Shuttle service. I have patronized the Valley Stream Honda service department, and at their location, when the Shuttle was busy, they provided me with an Uber car service ride. On a previous visit, I received a 10% First Responder discount from Manager Gregory Andrews. However, during this visit, I only received a 5% discount from Steven Murillo. I appreciate the discount, but I was disappointed it wasn't 10%. More
