Robert Rofrano was very helpful & knowledgeable. He was able to explain the message received when the warning info was displayed in terms that were easy to underst was very helpful & knowledgeable. All because of Robert Refrano I continue to go to Hempstead I’ve been there numerous times for the same problem . The problem never got fixed , however when I went there for an oil change I still had the same p I’ve been there numerous times for the same problem . The problem never got fixed , however when I went there for an oil change I still had the same problem, Robert looked into my history and noticed that I’ve been here for the same thing and said that he would take care of it for me. And he did ! My car is back running great , it’s no longer turning off in the middle of driving . My other advisor esterlin Rodriguez, from the first couple of times I was there she was NO HELP , unprofessional , kept forgetting to call me to tell me what was going on with my car; just a complete mess. According to her , I body knew what was wrong with my car . Therefore it never got fixed. She also said she couldn’t get me a courtesy car , after my car was in Honda’s car for three days leaving me carless. Robert got me a courtesy car and he got my car fixed . There’s need to be more people like Robert . More

Smoother than imagined Anywhere you go, whether a store, a restaurant, or even an auto dealer/service center, you will expect some sort of a hiccup. It’s expected. But it’s flawed somehow. I can honestly say, my experience was flawless. I took steps to plan ahead. I made contingency plans. Then I found out that there was no need.
