I immediately had someone meet me at my car to quickly note down the mileage and was sent to the advisor office. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Estherlin, although from what I could gather, I would have been in good hands with the other advisors also. Estherlin, however, is truly a gem! Very professional, timely, and friendly. Despite having an evidently busy day, Esther was able to help me with all my needs and get me on my way in no time. As someone that works in retail, I know great customer service when I see it! Promote her! Also I’d like to thank my mechanic, Angel! When I walked in Robert, greeted me and asked how can he be of service. I explained to him down to the "t" so to speak about what the car needed & the sounds I was hearing while driving. Rob made sure he was very thorough in jotting everything down of what I explained & even repeated to me twice to make sure he didn't miss a thing. He said it would take a day or two so that the mechanic can test drive the car to see the actual problems. He gave me a loaner so I can get back and forth to work which was awesome since it was a 2018 Honda Civic LX. In overall Rob is very thorough, very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, polite, and exceptional. More
