I am from Florida and customer service is their middle name. Customer service is top notch. The waiting area is comfy and water, coffee, tea, soft drinks are offered. The waiting area is a warm and cozy space. The Honda team are inviting and kind. My experience here at Millennium was lack luster at best. I arrived at 730am only to get called at around 330 to be told I have a major problem with my car. I received an oil change and did not even get a courtesy car wash. I have never not gotten a car wash at my service center in Florida, even if I only received an oil change. I am just disappointed and very annoyed with this center. I will be writing to corporate about Millennium.. You’ve got to do better! More
