Our new 2009 Honda CR-V with 29K Miles! On Feb 9, 2016 - Excuse the lengthy review, but we wanted to share the process, as buying a car sometimes is not fun process, but we did truly enjoy t On Feb 9, 2016 - Excuse the lengthy review, but we wanted to share the process, as buying a car sometimes is not fun process, but we did truly enjoy the process at Millennium Honda... Wife had an accident with her 1999 Honda Accord V6 (she is fine). The body shop said it was not worth fixing, even though it was in perfect running condition with 99K miles. So I jumped into drastic research mode, to tried and find a new used car for my wife, since she needs her car daily. Found a few CR-V's around the Queens area, but they were over priced and in disappointing condition. Running out of options I turned to eBay.com, after going through cars.com, truecar.com, carbuyersmarket.com. Luckily, I found a 2009 Honda CR-V EX with 29,078 miles, yes 29K for less than $15K, at Millennium Honda in Long Island, I couldn't believe!! I immediately called the dealer and spoke with a very helpful and friendly representative, Mark Levine. I asked him if the Honda in question was still available, expecting to hear, sorry it was sold already, he came back to let me know that it was still available. Happy to hear this, I asked for the current price and surprisingly they had lower the car to just a tad under $13K. We drove out to go see the car, since they close at 9PM. Mark was not there but Scott Pomerico the sales rep was there to meet us, and the car had been running to get it warmed up for us, on a cold day. Scott was kind and patient and extremely pleasant. He informed us about the car and all the of the items that they checked, verified the price was correct. Walked out to the car and it was a real treat, black exterior color, and black interior color with cloth seats that look like were never sat on! My wife, Scott and I took the car out for a test drive and all felt great, nice and tight, amazing brakes, no rattles, or other noises. Drove the car back into the dealer area where there was a lot of light. I took out my PosiTest DFT paint gauge meter and I checked out the car 360, all original and VIN tags all present and matching. Very excited, check under the hood and again found it to be in amazing condition. Started some of the paperwork but needed to come back, since we forgot about the plates, as we were transferring them from the previous car. Mario was the finance representative that late night, let us know that he will need to speak with someone at the bank about our final APR terms for the loan. Returned the next day with plates in hand, and Scott once again there for us, brought us water and hot chocolate for the kids, he showed us the shinny, totally prepped CR-V, looked showroom new. A new finance representative Haresh Nainani assisted us, he was very busy taken care of other clients and when it was our turn, gave us 100% attention. Since my wife didn't have great credit, he really helped us out and lower the APR even further by the end of the conversation. Haresh Nainani explained to us the option which we decided to add on, (I would never, but it felt right) the Platinum bumper to bumper Extended warranty with a lot of features that would be great for my wife, in case of an emergency while she was on the road. The warranty offers my wife 4 year or 50K miles (total miles from now, with coverage from any Honda Dealer, the price was very reasonable for 4 years of coverage, a little peace of mind. I had done my consumerreports.org research and there weren't very many things wrong with the CR-V, but again a peace of mind. For the amount that we were getting ready to spend, to pay a lot less but get a 29K mile care with full warranty it was just the right combination for our family. We then needed to call insurance to add the new car, and Grisela (insurance assistant) helped us out with this plus more. Grisela was very bother with the price that was going to be paying for insurance and she insisted in trying to get me a better quote, she tried very hard!! And because of her, I switched insurance companies and saved $700 yearly, talk about above and beyond customer service!!! Thank you Grisela!! We then went back and signed away all the paperwork that we needed to with Haresh, they put on my wife's custom plates on her new CR-V and we were off. Couldn't have been happier, from beginning to end, never felt any pressure on anything, everything was explained up front, no BS, just the real deal here at Millennium Honda. Wife is very happy as she always wanted a CR-V, thank you for a wonderful experience! More

irresponsible I came to the dealer for an oil change in my 2012 Honda pilot and they lost my car keys, I am a cab driver and I had a $300 contract that I lost becau I came to the dealer for an oil change in my 2012 Honda pilot and they lost my car keys, I am a cab driver and I had a $300 contract that I lost because I had to spend 3 and a half hours before they can give me a replacement key ,when I ask to be reimbursed for the $300 contract they refused. according to one of the employee it is the 6th key that they lose for the month. Last month they stole one of my friends phone while he brought his car for service. More
