Overall Excellent Experience After the transmission of my beloved 2003 Honda Civic failed--with 165,000+ miles on it and more wear and tear than a baseball glove--it was time to g After the transmission of my beloved 2003 Honda Civic failed--with 165,000+ miles on it and more wear and tear than a baseball glove--it was time to get a new car. Being both familiar and comfortable with Civics, I needed a dependable dealership that I could rely on to provide me with the car I needed. Moreover, I needed solid customer service to make the experience quick and painless. And, as I discovered, I needed to look no further than Millennium Honda. From start to finish, my experience at Millennium was seamless. Ahmad not only made the experience of shopping for a new car simple and easy, but enjoyable and exciting. I had quite a few questions for him regarding the 2016 Civic, and he patiently answered everything and provided me with all necessary information. I was also quite impressed with how efficiently he worked: after requesting a 2016 Civic in a hard-to-find color, I was told that it could take up to a week to acquire it if it was at another dealer--otherwise, it could take substantially longer. How many days did it take Ahmad to get the car to me? Only 3. He drove up to White Plains himself (a several hour trip with traffic) to pick it up and have it back at Millennium--cleaned, prepared and ready to go--by the time I arrived to pick it up. What more could I have asked for? On top of that, he consistently kept in touch throughout the day regarding the paperwork, insurance and car information. I'll admit, I was very impressed. A close friend of mine who's also in the auto sales business said, "That's exactly how all great car buying experiences should be." Overall, my experience at Millennium was nothing short of excellent. The service was seamless, the staff was friendly and helpful (thanks Ahmad!), and I'm happy with my new, hot red 2016 Civic EX-T coupe. Vroom vroom! More
