My first experience with leasing car. Immediately after coming to the dealership Ahmad took care of us, asking questions about what we need. Very warm, friendly approach. I was unable to take the car with me the day I purchased it and Adeleke came in on his vacation day to meet me and hand over the car-- very impressive customer service! I saved money on my car insurance too because part of the dealership includes an Allstate insurance company staff who were also helpful and easy to deal with ( no high pressure sales tactics) and very professional. Vicki from the welcome team sat with me in the car to assure I understood all of the features before I left the lot. When I got home I noticed 2 small scratches on the trunk which Adeleke showed a manager who assured me I can bring the car back in to have their service staff deal with the scratches.
