When you make an appointment, you would think they’re going to work on your car that day since I brought it in at 8:30AM. No loaner cars available so I had to rent a car out of my own pocket. I call 2 days later and they said the transmission is what’s holding it up. I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change, bucking at low rpm’s and side view fold in mirror on the driver’s side was t working. Now, it’s 4 days later and I called and spoke to Steven. He said the car was never worked on yet. I let him have it! Suddenly, my car is ready at 10:30AM. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. The car still has an occasional hiccup around 1-2 rpm’s. Everything else was taken care of. They need more loaner cars because it cost me nearly $600 for a rental and Steven was nice enough to give me a free oil change and take 10% off the bill. Go with caution! Make them spell out how long it will be in the shop. Go only if they have a loaner ready. More
