Service advisors are great but the service director is
not helpful at all. The service director told me not to come back after the technician damaged my car that is only 2 months old

The service director kicked me out and would not let me
do warranty work or safety recalls. He tryed to change and lie on the repair order. I spent 4 hours there and they could not fix my car.
