I found it odd I had to pay so much for an alternator. I was convinced to purchase a battery as well. I paid it but days later the service person didn’t install the battery correctly? I had to go back and have someone behind the desk and pull out a wench to tighten up the job. What if I was stalled on the highway? Thank God my car stopped working as soon as I parked my car. I lifted up the hood and saw the battery wire incorrectly set. That is crazy. All that money I paid I should not have experienced that. No I have to go back for an inspection and oil change? Haha More

The car was in service for 4 months. Since they knew the part to repair the car was unavailable, it is unacceptable that i was not contacted by their attorney to work out a settlement u Since they knew the part to repair the car was unavailable, it is unacceptable that i was not contacted by their attorney to work out a settlement under the NY Lemon Law, which clearly covers this situation. I continue to wait for resolution of this under the Lemon Law, but Honda’s legal department continues to drag their feet with this. Overall, Honda’s response to the matter has been unsatisfactory and will make me think twice before buying from Honda again. More
