It was my first time there. I had forgotten what my radio code was to turn on my radio, but when I went to Honda dealership, the staff were very helpful. They helped me look for I had forgotten what my radio code was to turn on my radio, but when I went to Honda dealership, the staff were very helpful. They helped me look for the serial number but we were unable to locate it because it must had ripped off or something. The car is really old, From 2007 , so they decided to remove the battery and reinstall it to get the code back. Only took about 30-50 minutes to do. I think that was fair. Wasn’t a long wait. They didn’t charge me for the service. I was very thankful for that. Everybody there was very polite and knowledgeable . Hope they keep up the good work. More
