I got an alert for a recall on my Prologue, I called the dealer, confirmed the recall, made the appointment. I was told they have the parts and the service will take 2hrs tops. I drove to the dealer, they had no idea why I was there! left the car, and about 2 or 3 hours later I got a call from them telling they did not have the parts!!! that it will take at 3 or 4 business days for them to get the parts. Upon picking my car, I was informed I did not have to bring the car back because I was not having issues with the recalled part! WASTE OF TIME, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATION AND MISINFORMATION!! I WAS ASSITED BY SUEHEDDY, but she did not know. She is not the one who made the appointment and provided the wrong information!! More
