When iI called they said they could do the recall on my car. I was told to bring my car in by 10:30am and by 4:45 they still had not even started working on it. They close at 5:00. I had to go pick it up because I needed it to get to work the next day. I lost the car for the entire day and the work was never done. They should have just said that they couldn't take my car that day. My other car that was dropped that same day was completed. More
