Tom K took the time to listen and followed up which is important. My case was left without someone after an employee left and Tom K helped there after to see to the resolution of the issue. Tom is the reason why I have my car back today after a very long wait for the part to be obtain. I remember when I walked in last Friday and asked for Tom Holmes and like 4-5 persons sat there doing nothing and all someone said was he might be in his office. No one helped until I called Tom K to intervene. Customer service needs some improvement. Tom K also ensured that I received a loaner vehicle as well. My valet was also helpful. I have been waiting from November to January for a part for my car that was under warranty. That was way too long!!! Didn’t know I had that much patience! Kudos to Tom K again for ensuring that the car was worked on speedily after the part arrived. Thank you More
