Millennium Honda - Service Center

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Millennium Honda dealership in Hempstead, N.Y., twice now. On my first visit, I leased my fabulous new Honda Passport, which I absolutely LOVE, and the second visit w dealership in Hempstead, N.Y., twice now. On my first visit, I leased my fabulous new Honda Passport, which I absolutely LOVE, and the second visit was for my car’s first scheduled service appointment. I have to thank Ray Brown and the incredible team at Millennium Honda for the care and commitment to service that was demonstrated on both visits! I had a million questions on my first visit, and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way...quite the opposite. They took time with me, put me at ease, and made it such a wonderful experience! Ray Brown is truly a man of integrity, who has demonstrated to me that he genuinely cares about his customers the way he would a friend or family member that really mattered. Ray and his sales and service team do an exceptional job of providing what is needed and helping you through the process. Several times different members of the team checked on me while my car was being serviced on my second visit to the dealership. Every measure was taken to see that I was comfortable and at ease. The experience I’ve had at Millennium Honda and with my new Honda Passport has been amazing! My car looks beautiful and drives like a dream. I feel so safe driving it. She is great, i went there with my car which had many problems she listened to me for each and every problems i had with that car. She called me to ask about the problems with that car and fixed all issu problems she listened to me for each and every problems i had with that car.
