Maintenance issues My mom bought a car in late March brand new 2019 Honda Pilot and it has been nothing but issues. Brakes are bad,sunroof gets stuck, back passenger tir My mom bought a car in late March brand new 2019 Honda Pilot and it has been nothing but issues. Brakes are bad,sunroof gets stuck, back passenger tire loosing air every 2 days and not to mention the car got hit in the maintenance shop and they send to fix it and it came back with paint on the bumper . I went on Tuesday and spoke to general manager who called you and explained to you the situation. I was suppose to get a loaner but here we are 3 days later and have not got a call back to get a loaner and car is still all messed up.
