Clara I went in for a service that turned out to be a normal service recall for the civics. I needed my car the very same day unfortunately and didn't want to risk any long travels. Clara, is by far a grade A service adviser. She was friendly, fast, informative , and had a really warm smile. She knows what she's doing and how to treat people. More
Pathetic Service Bought my Odyssey here 18 months ago, and there is an issue that causes the alarm to go off randomly, which seems to be some sort of a short in the wi Bought my Odyssey here 18 months ago, and there is an issue that causes the alarm to go off randomly, which seems to be some sort of a short in the wiring related to the automatic starter (Honda City service center came to that conclusion). Since we bought the car at Millennium and they had an automatic starter put in after-market, we are required to go through their service center to have it repaired. I explained the entire issue to Millennium's Service Center over the phone to make an appointment. They told me they understood, and set an appointment. When i showed up, Paul Mosca at the service desk said this needs to be looked at by a third party (the group that put in the auto start), so we needed a new appointment. I had explained everything over the phone before setting this appointment, so this should have been set at a time when that group could take a look, but clearly the Millennium Honda team didn't care to listen over the phone, and just threw an appointment time at me with no intention of actually helping. At this point, Paul set another appointment. When i showed up for that appointment, Paul met with me again, and told me the appointment was not actually set, and the third party was not in that day. Paul even went as far as to ask me who i saw when i came to Millennium the first time, because "this was the first time he's seen this car." When i told him it was him, he decided to deny it. This was a complete lie, and clearly was done because Paul knew how wrong he was, and rather than apologize for being inept at his job, just said that I now needed a 4th appointment. Paul was extremely rude in his dealings with me (not apologetic in any way). The fact that I've now had to come to Honda 4 times for the same issue before the issue even gets looked at is completely unacceptable. I chose to buy the car at Millennium because the price was slightly better than at Honda City, but i now realize that the lower price is simply because of the cheap quality of service (the service at Honda City was fantastic, even though they were not able to fix the issue). The lower price at Millennium is clearly not at all worth it, and I wish i had realized that when purchasing. I would not recommend coming here if you can at all avoid it. If i could rate them zero stars, i would happily do so. More

I was there yesterday for the oil change and the time promised is exactly what i got. On another occassion his profile was not yet up on this page and i had to get to my son's football game within the hour and he promised to assist me and within 45 mins my car was completed. please give him the 2 credits he deserve. I have been a long time customer with Millennium with the purchase of over 12 cars so far and it is a pleasure when my expectations are met.
