Inept and Unprofessional My experience with Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY on July 23, 2019 was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any service center. I My experience with Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY on July 23, 2019 was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any service center. I had my car towed to this location to repair a flat tire. I attempted to contact them all day while I was at work and nobody could provide my any information about the status of my vehicle. After hours of attempting to contact them, they couldn't even locate my vehicle. It got to the point where I had to contact the police department to file a stolen vehicle complaint. After I informed them that I was calling the police, they were suddenly able to locate my vehicle within 10 minutes. When I arrived, I have never seen such unprofessional employees. I had to wait over 30 minutes before I could eve speak with someone about my vehicle. The behavior in which I observed how the employees were speaking to and treating each other was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. When I finally was able to speak with someone, I was dumbfounded to find out that my car, which was towed to this location at 8:00AM, wasn't even looked at all day (at this point it was 4:30PM). They replaced my damaged tire with a new tire and my tire pressure light was still on. I brought my vehicle to my regular service center where it was discovered that the tire inflation was 28 psi, and it should have been 34. I can't believe that after everything I went through dealing with Millennium Honda all day, that they would return my car to me at a tire pressure setting much lower than the standard regulation setting. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I really hope that someone from Honda Corporate Office pays a visit to the Millennium Honda service center to investigate the quality of daily operations at this location. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and poorly at an automobile service center in my life. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! More

Never to Return. I have been a loyal customer since 2013, but after today I will not return. I was quoted one price on the phone and given a completely different bill when I arrived to pick up my car. I anticipated my bill to be around $260 instead it was $399. When I asked for more of an explanation I was basically informed that was the work that was completed. when I asked for a Manager I was told they think they left for the day. As someone who has bought a few Honda vehicles in the last few years I thought I would return again, but Honda has not only lost my service business it has lost my future new car purchases. More
