Got an email that car was due for service Made an appointment for routine oil change based on email received that service was due. Advisor came over to the car and asked why I was there. He checked the oil level and said it’s at 50% you don’t need service and told me to leave. Are you kidding me? I refused since it’s a lease and follow rules. He continued to say you can go you don’t need it. I took a day off for this and you’re turning me away? Needless to say I stayed, waited 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Thank This dealership is employed by incompetent staff who ALL Lack customer service skills. Take your business to ADVANTAGE HONDA in MANHASSET and don’t bother dealing with these incompetents. More

Finally got to speak someone at 10am after calling and calling the main number. Found the advisors number on this site and called it. She picked up immediately and was surprised to hear it was me and immediately started defending her lack of response by saying I got so busy. Never purchase the extended tire warranty. It’s a scam. If you get a flat you need to call the tire company, file a claim wait for approval then the tire will be ordered. Never heard of a dealership that didn’t have tires in stock for cars they sell and service. Unprofessional and disorganized. Tire cost is 239.00 and 69.95 to install. Go to BJ’s they carry MICHELIN for much less and only charge 15.00 to mount. Rip off. More

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Absolute horrible customer service left my car there for 5 days to come back to have NOTHING done. They lost my car in the lot having me wait 2 hours Absolute horrible customer service left my car there for 5 days to come back to have NOTHING done. They lost my car in the lot having me wait 2 hours to get the car down so a HORRIBLE mechanic can come down and curse at me and tell me he is not touching my car because i called him out on not test driving it (i took a picture of how many miles i had when i left it & it was still the same when i came back). After that i was sent back inside to the advisor Phil who was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. I was jerked around for about 3 hours talking to 3 different people the advisor Phil the assistant manager Greg and the manager Marcello. They finally get the work done on my car in 1 hour and 30 minutes after the 5 days i left it there for only to find out they have scratched the back bumper of my car. They left bird xxxx on my car and that took another hour to have someone come and wipe it off. I will be returning to have my bumper fixed for FREE and will NEVER be returning. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL ONLY LEAVE ANNOYED AND AGGRAVATED AT THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
