I have attempted twice to contact the customer care email since 1/24/2019 and still haven't had a response from it. It's now 2/8/2019, 2 weeks later, with no response. You don't want any customer to feel frustrated but you can't even respond to a simple email? How does that work exactly? Disappointed is not even the proper adjective to describe how that makes me feel as a customer who purchased and serviced the car with your group.
