He’s since been promoted but always makes sure any questions or concerns I have are answered in detail before servicing or picking up my car. He will still take the time out to go over the bill making sure I know all the work that was done. Since he is no longer an advisor when dropping the car off, I’ve seen Paul Mosca twice now and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am kept in the loop as well. He is very friendly and is a nice replacement since Greg’s been promoted. Definitely makes me feel more confident and comfortable when going to the dealership. More
Bad experience and unprofessional I hit a pothole and lost 2 of tires to realize that the dealer Millennium Honda where I purchased the car never gave me the “wheel lock key” I was th I hit a pothole and lost 2 of tires to realize that the dealer Millennium Honda where I purchased the car never gave me the “wheel lock key” I was then forced to tow the car to this dealer and dropped it off on Saturday night. The keys along with the required form (details to replace the tires and the wheel locks, the sales manager’s info and mine) were left on the keyboard of Paul Mosca and I was given his card to follow up with him. I was also told that I should expect a call first thing on Monday 2/18 since they open at 7am. I waited till 8 am and I called Paul who had no clue and claimed not to have seen the envelop, he then told me that he would discuss with the sales manager who accepted the car and get back to me right away, after more than hour, I tried calling to confirm if they have the tires in stock, if not, I would have wanted to tow the car to a tire shop to replace my tires as long as the dealer unlock my wheels, but Paul wouldn’t return my calls, he finally called me back screaming and told me to stop calling him, I almost begged him to give me 2 minutes to explain but he wouldn’t and hung up the phone. I then contacted the sales manager who intervened and confirmed that Paul would get back to me, it wasn’t till 11am, the sales manager walked to Paul and handed him the phone to finally get another promise with a follow up call. I had to text him few times and call him after without a proper response. Meanwhile he was very rude and unprofessional on the phone, threatening me that he wouldn’t service my car as he was only doing me a favor, telling me to take my car elsewhere if I don’t like his service, he then told that I didn’t purchase the car from his dealership (which is not the case, as I purchased it from millennium Honda), etc. I had to suck it up as i lost too much time chasing Paul, I needed my car to drive my son to his eye doctor (an appointment that we booked few months in advance). It wasn’t until the end of the day till I got my car with overpriced price (compared to mavis tires) More
Yearly inspection and maintenance for "after 24 month" I give the 5 stars to Paul Mosca because employees like him make me come back with no fear that my car is not take care of the way I expected. Disappointed. Aggravated. Annoyed. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! I strongly believe that a dealership's service department is a strong reflection of their sales department. We purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Sport fr I strongly believe that a dealership's service department is a strong reflection of their sales department. We purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Sport from here in March of 2018. Our finance manager, Haresh, sold us a tire warranty on the vehicle with the promise that ANYTHING goes wrong, we are covered. So here I am, in January 2019, my wheels had scratches and needed to be taken care of under my so called warranty. I took it in yesterday and was told the car would be taken care of by next business day - GREAT, right? No. We made arrangements to come get the car before my work shift, called ahead to have the car brought up since I was in a rush. Get there to get my car, only to be told that I don't have tire coverage! I asked them to review everything because I had warranty. The cashier went and came back with a guy who told me it's not a covered item. So now, I have a bill that shouldn't have been there, no wallet since I have a warranty and there should be no charge, and I'm late for work. I had to pay to find a way home, leave the car at the dealer, and call in to work because at this point, I'm too late. So I'm on my way home and the advisor, Nick, calls me and tells me he forgot to put my warranty on the paperwork and that no one else knew to double check. Can you imagine my frustration??! He tells me I can come back and pick up the car. So now I pay my way BACK to the service department and I'm now waiting 30 minutes for them to bring my car. Never buy a car here or service it here. They don't care about you! More

They are the heart of this Dealership and the reason I always come back. Trust must be earned and they’ve done that!!! More

Waste my time had to make a appointment for everything , just a pile change guys but I should have figure when I got there everyone was texting and chill . Took them about 5 min to come over to my car. But once I got to millennium. Everything was instant. Oil change was done in about 35 to 40 min which is awesome given the fact how many other places such as nostrand location in Brooklyn 2 hours for a oil change lol smh .. Keep doing a great job More
