Disgusting customer service by Service Dept I walked in this morning 12/31/19, around 10:30am to get an oil change for my 2019 Honda Civic (Key Tag 330). I was waiting for my turn to be called i I walked in this morning 12/31/19, around 10:30am to get an oil change for my 2019 Honda Civic (Key Tag 330). I was waiting for my turn to be called in & after about 20 mins standing the rep "Ms. Alvia" -not sure if this is the correct name as she was hesitant to give the name. I told her I just need an oil change & she informed that I was due for some $339 service. I said No, I'll just do the oil change. She try to push me to do this service & offered me a $40 rebate. I refused to go with it. She prints the service work order & was given to my wife to initial it. After initializing it my wife realized that she had billed for $79.99. I politely told her when I purchased the vehicle from them I was offered free 1yr oil change. Without even checking the rep Alivia with an attitude said "I don't think so, you are only allowed 3 services free anyways". I informed her I might have done 2 oil changes & all were done with Millennium & asked if she could check in the system. She rudely said "you need to wait I have to send..." not sure somewhere to check. Meanwhile she asked her other colleague sitting next to her to check. He said he'll do it after he's done with the customer he was working with. She tells him, "No rush". So, meanwhile I walked towards to the customer waiting area while watching if she was going to attend to mark paper work. The counters were totally empty, her friend attend to 5 more customers since I walked away from the counter & they started having snacks & giggling, which was nice. I walked up to her & asked her any update on my paper work. She says "No you have to wait. I'll call you". Meanwhile I asked the same colleague of hers since he was free if he could tell me if I have any free services left. He got nasty & said "you're being serviced by one rep & how many reps do you need to work on you". I kept my mouth shut since I was helpless & after about 10mins later my rep Alvia says "you have one more free service left & completed the paper work & informed me it'll be over 2 hours. I already spent close to hour an half & I said I just don't want to service with them knowing that they are going to purposely delay my car. I asked for the name of hers & her colleagues & she refused saying "go asking him". I'm so glad I did not sign maintenance with this dealer & hope NO ONE will ever sign for extended maintenance with Millennium. My plan was to walk across the street to the sales dept since I'm in the midst of looking to buy a car for my daughter who is in college. More
Excellent Customer Service! On Saturday December 15, 2018 I brought my vehicle in for service. I needed to get my vehicle satellite radio repair. The Service Adviser, Paul Mosca On Saturday December 15, 2018 I brought my vehicle in for service. I needed to get my vehicle satellite radio repair. The Service Adviser, Paul Mosca took the time to listen to my vehicle situation and gave excellent customer service. My vehicle satellite radio was repaired in a few hours. Also Paul let me drive a loaner vehicle in the mean time, so I can run my errands while my vehicle was being repaired. I will recommend the Service Adviser Paul Mosca at Millennium Honda to my family and friends. Paul was very professional and took care of my vehicle problem. I am very happy for the great customer service. More

Terrible Experience!!!!! I took my vehicle for service and my passenger window would not close. I took it back and three weeks later when I went to pick my vehicle up, my pain I took my vehicle for service and my passenger window would not close. I took it back and three weeks later when I went to pick my vehicle up, my paint was destroyed!!! They have a leak in the garage (that they know about), every time it rains, and white cement solution fell all over my car. My service representative never told me about it! I called him several times to check on the status of my car, and he lied stating to me my car was getting detailed! I found that odd that my car would need detailing especially for a window regulator, but I thought wow how thoughtful. I was told to pick my car up on a Tuesday, only to find my car dirty, paint scratched, and the tint scratched of the window they were fixing. Believe me, you’re getting the extreme short version of this story! From that point on I chose to only deal with the GM, but I wanted the contact information for the owner. My service Rep was Jared Medina. Avoid him at all cost!!! As a matter of fact, try another Honda service place as a oppose to Millenium in Hempstead. I can’t believe they accept that on going issue in the garage and don’t fix it...we’re talking about HONDA! They should have more than enough money to fix any problems they have in their garage where customer cars are stored!!! Truly UNBELIEVABLE!!! More
