Great service from entire service department I was on the line waiting to enter service for my 7 am appointment And when the door opened I tried to start my car and it was dead. My wife went in a I was on the line waiting to enter service for my 7 am appointment And when the door opened I tried to start my car and it was dead. My wife went in and told them what happened and someone came out with a jumper unit. I went in and my service rep Lilly went over everything with me and we decided what needed to be done. Lily was great and kept my wife and I informed the whole time my car was serviced. I could not ask for a better experience and I asked Lily how I could give a review and here it is. Confused but was in good hands Lillian was great. I arrived there at 8:30am and sat for two Hours and nobody said a word to me. I clearly wasn’t because my car had been sitting without anyone touching it for two whole hours. Lillian explained the process to me and how the guys outside were just Valet. I didn’t know I was to go inside and give my card in. Anywho, I know better for next time. Lillian thoroughly explained how the process she works next time I come in. So I won’t have to wait like that again. I will make sure to look out for her everytime I go in now. She was great! More
