Just some miscommunication at the office the day, I have to leave my car over the weekend in order to get serviced as requested. This dealership has always been great, however this last visit was really horrible due to the expectation that was set. I had to have a few maintenance done on the car and was not sure how long it would tak visit was really horrible due to the expectation that was set. I had to have a few maintenance done on the car and was not sure how long it would take. I asked the advisor for an approximate time and he said it should be about 2 hours. I figured with that amount of time, I could have waited at the center. This was not the case, after waiting about 2 hours and 30 min, I asked the advisor to check on the car, he said that the tech said it will be another 15 minutes. I waited another 45min. To ask again and now he said it should take 5 min. In all I spent 4 hours waiting. This was really frustrating because he did not set the right expectations, I would not have waited at the center and would have made plans to leave and come back. Be transparent and check in on your customers. More

During my last visit, I inquired about my service special, but it was not applied, even though the representative acknowledged the request. Additionally, there was an error on my paperwork, which was printed twice for reasons I’m unsure of. When I brought up these concerns, the response I received was blunt and unhelpful, which was disappointing as a long-time customer since 2018 and a first responder. I value the relationship I’ve built with your team over the years and hope to see improvements in service and communication moving forward. I would appreciate your attention to this matter. More
