This is the second time my brand new Honda Accord Hybrid has been into the dealership for missing parts. When you make an appointment, you would think they’re going to work on your car that day since I brought it in at 8:30AM. No loaner cars available so I had to rent a car out of my own pocket. I call 2 days later and they said the transmission is what’s holding it up. I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change, bucking at low rpm’s and side view fold in mirror on the driver’s side was t working. Now, it’s 4 days later and I called and spoke to Steven. He said the car was never worked on yet. I let him have it! Suddenly, my car is ready at 10:30AM. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. The car still has an occasional hiccup around 1-2 rpm’s. Everything else was taken care of. They need more loaner cars because it cost me nearly $600 for a rental and Steven was nice enough to give me a free oil change and take 10% off the bill. Go with caution! Make them spell out how long it will be in the shop. Go only if they have a loaner ready. More
