I went with appointment for recall and was rescheduled due to to much gas in my tank and when new appointment day came they tried to say they didnt have time for my “appointment” made by them. Once my car was finished it took them 45 mins to bring my car to the waiting area. I totally dislike Honda in Hempstead. More

My car was not serviced according to the time slot I was scheduled for. Then I was not notified that my car would not be ready the same day. When asked if the car would be ready in the morning, I was told y scheduled for. Then I was not notified that my car would not be ready the same day. When asked if the car would be ready in the morning, I was told yes and that I would be notified. I had to drive to the dealership at 4pm the next day to see if my car was ready. I never got a call and when I called the service center multiple times the phone just rang. Once I got there I was told they couldn’t even fix one of the recalls. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication or consideration for my time and needs of my car. More

I did end up waiting for 2 hrs for no reason because I wasn’t given directions on where to go, I dropped off my car then got a ticket and since I made an appointment already, I assumed that was enough but wasn’t given directions on where to go, I dropped off my car then got a ticket and since I made an appointment already, I assumed that was enough but apparently needed to check in before they would work on my car. But the lady at the counter was super nice and prioritized my recall and was able to get the job done in 1.5 hrs. So I’m very appreciative of that. Overall I had a nice experience. More

I was told that I originally had a 10:00 am appointment to install two items promised to me. No appointment was booked, and I was added to the queue. After three hours the cross bars for my roof rack were installed. A few days after installation I began to notice a noise when I was driving on the highway at speeds of 50MPH or higher. I called to schedule an app it meant and was told that my appointment was for 12:30. It has now been over three hours in the service center and it is still not completed. There was no point in me dropping off my car at the allotted time if it was not going to be serviced for another two hours. This is extremely frustrating as I just purchased this SUV only six weeks ago. More
