After she argued with me too long about my last last courtesy oil change, I am not even sure oil change was performed because oil change light was still on. Wasted too much time after to reset it. Mr Hernandez was wonderful even though I waited 5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment at 12. Came in at 11:30 and waited until 5. He was very good about it though and didn't charge me. I brought my car in early in the morning with a check engine light on, was promised they would contact me before the end of the day. No contact so I called the next day. After the phone rang at least 2 engine light on, was promised they would contact me before the end of the day. No contact so I called the next day. After the phone rang at least 20 times The person who answered said I need to wait for them to contact me and hung up. I called again the next day and was again hung up on. After 5 days I was finally able to talk to someone who said it needed repairs that would be done that day. Again no call back. I called the next morning and was told my car was ready. When I came in to pick it up was told they didn’t have the paperwork and would have to wait for the advisor who they couldn’t find. 30 minutes later he was found. Just very poor communication and service. More
