INCREDIBLY AWESOME! I do not like to go to dealers!! Never had a good experience. Bought 4 new cars in my lifetime all bad experience. I have 2016 Honda Pilot I bought I do not like to go to dealers!! Never had a good experience. Bought 4 new cars in my lifetime all bad experience. I have 2016 Honda Pilot I bought at another dealer. Still under warranty. Had some issues and I just didnt want to have to work with a dealership. I was trying to avoid this. A friend told me he bought a car from Millenium and I should give them a try. So I went on line and for some reason, Kevin Seeraj stood out. I sent him an email but he was out a couple days. As soon as he came back he responded to me and then we talked by phone. He was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. At the outset he was anxious to help and he spoke to me as though he knew me for years. There was no doubt in my mind that I had nothing to worry about. The same day after work I dropped my car off. The environment at the dealership service was warm. Everyone was professional and Kevin took my car, provided me a loaner and told me not worry everything would be fine. I left there with a peace of mind and I knew I made the best decision. I thanked my friend who referred me there.The next day my car was ready. Again, awesome experience when I got there Kevin had my car ready. Check this out, they washed my car! Yes, I brought my car there like really dirty, and picked it up clean. WOW! I have no reason to go anywhere else but Millenium for my auto needs. Thanks Kevin! More
