I scheduled online for recall however either their part or tool wasn’t available. The nice woman explained if I scheduled with them they would have been able to tell me it couldn’t be done. The real joke was the alignment needed on a 2024 with 2739 miles. I am 71 and driving since I am 17…. I know potholes and the car wasn’t driven into a damaging pothole. $200 later and still with a recall… I took my baby home More
I scheduled service online for 9 am for an oil change and recall service. They added on a wheel alignment and transmission service. When I arrived I was told it would take about 4 hours but might be around recall service. They added on a wheel alignment and transmission service. When I arrived I was told it would take about 4 hours but might be around 3 hours since I was waiting. Five hours later I was told they recommended an additional $1500 service items but a part was not available. I declined the additional work and then waited another 20 minutes. When I finally went to get my car it had the protective plastic on my driver's seat and the paper mat on the driver's floor. When I got in the car I realized that they had removed the 2 car seats in my backseat and turned them facing each other. I think it's time to find another dealer to service my Honda. More

In November brought car for inspection and any repairs that were needed. At the time all fluids were checked and replaced. A week later I noticed a very big oil stain on the garage floor. Since, no emer that were needed. At the time all fluids were checked and replaced. A week later I noticed a very big oil stain on the garage floor. Since, no emergency lights went on I drove to Millenium Honda. After the car was checked a manager came to me and said "we checked and everything is good, it was just residual oil". I may be a woman and know very little about cars, but I know that large oil leak was not residual. Most likely not all nuts and bolts were not as tight as they should have been. Please come up with a better story. More
