Paul went above and beyond what i would call good customer service. He made sure my car was in tip top shape and then some. and then called me the following day just to make sure all the repairs were to my satisfaction. That is the type of service that makes me want to come back to Millennium for all my vehicle needs. only downside is i wish it was a little less pricey. More

Paul Mosca is a great asset to the company. When I arrived there was a long line to enter the service center. I had an appointment for 715 am and had to wait alm is a great asset to the company. When I arrived there was a long line to enter the service center. I had an appointment for 715 am and had to wait almost 20 min just to get in the door. I was about to leave when the line started to move. I had made up my mind that this would be my last time coming to the service center. Paul changed all of that for me. He was extremely pleasant and very easy to talk to. He made the appointment flow quickly and smoothly. He is very personable . I work in the customer service industry and know the job is not easy when dealing with the various personalities of customers. You can tell Paul loves his job and is very dedicated. It is because of him I will continue to be a customer of the service center for Honda. Thank you Paul. You rock!!!! More
