She's Amazing!! I love her!! I went in for a service on a 2016 Accord and I was fortunate to have Esther as my Service Advisor. She's incredibly obliging, sweet and went above and I went in for a service on a 2016 Accord and I was fortunate to have Esther as my Service Advisor. She's professional and offered me a loaner as the service on my vehicle was going to take a day. After I picked up my car, she followed up via phone to confirm if the issue was fixed.
