Paul Mosca shakes my hand smile and welcomed me, he listen to what my need were as well as makes recommendations. When my car was ready he made it his point of duty, so that I could get my car in a timely fashion thanks (Paul Mosca) in my opinion Paul is a clear example of how a service advisor should be, I am looking forward to have Paul as my service advisor on my next service appointment.
