Horrible service I went there to have a tire fixed because it kept losing air really quickly and she made me wait 3 hrs for nothing. After 2 hrs She said they couldn't I went there to have a tire fixed because it kept losing air really quickly and she made me wait 3 hrs for nothing. After 2 hrs She said they couldn't find a leak and that i was lying about the tire losing air. I asked her to please look at it again and she lied and said she would but really she just walked awaay, had me waiting there an extra hr and when i looked out the window i could see nobody had touched or moved my car at all since i last spoke to her. After. An hr i walked up to the desk to ask her whats going on and she lied to me and said they double checked and its fine. She was refusing to acknowledge my ongoing, very frustrating problem. This is the 3rd time ive had to go down there since i bought the car. I went down to mavis afterwards for a 2nd opinion and they found the problem in 10 min. A nail in the tire. Dont go to millenium. They dont know what theyre doing, dont care about the customers, and will waste lots of your time over a minor problem. I wont go to them ever again. More

Fast, friendly excellent service I was met at the door by Paul Mosca. He was polite, freindly and helped me right away. I had my service done before and she was my advisor and when my water pump died prematurely I immediately contacted her for help. I towed my car to Millenium where Claritza personally took care of everything while I was busy at work. She went above and beyond. I am so grateful! She is amazing! I don't think you'll find a better service advisor to help you at Millennium. Ask for Claritza Munoz, as long as she is there at the service department, you can't be in better hands. More

I have never regretted servicing my Hondas at Millenium. I have taken all 4 Hondas I have owned so far to this dealership. Because of the quality of the those employed there both the the technical and the se I have taken all 4 Hondas I have owned so far to this dealership. Because of the quality of the those employed there both the the technical and the service people I would not consider going elsewhere. Yes they are occasionally very busy and the wait can be long but they have always worked with me, taking me home in the shuttle or giving me a loaner car when needed. Again the expense can sometimes set one back but they have discounts and coupons and MORE IMPORTANTLY they have never made a repair or maintenance that did not resolve the problem I brought the car in for. Lastly I have never been pressured to spend on a repair/maintenance that went beyond what I was prepared to spend. More
