Great customer service I bought my car from this dealership and i always take my car to them for any kind of servicing. Last time I went there for an oil change. She was very friendly and helpful. Not only this time she helped me twice before and my experiences with her was always great. She even gave me a 10% discount on the last oil change. Went in to have vtm4, and abs lights checked I have been putting this off for a month..just thinking about this was giving me anxiety..i was there on a sat at 7am and was pleasantly surpised how I have been putting this off for a month..just thinking about this was giving me anxiety..i was there on a sat at 7am and was pleasantly surpised how quick they got the 20 cars ahead of me and behind me inside..claritza was amazing she saw how my anxiety was starting to show..but she took care of everything she got me a loaner car so i was still able to make it to work..didnt expect my car back till monday..well it got done before 5pm today she broke down and explained everything on the bill to me..i didnt even know i had 2 warranties on truck..claritza you are my zen thank you so much for all your help today.. Outstanding customer satisfaction I went to Millennium Honda this afternoon for 2 reasons a) the battery on my CRV keyless was running low. b) I wanted to install bluetooth in my car I went to Millennium Honda this afternoon for 2 reasons a) the battery on my CRV keyless was running low. b) I wanted to install bluetooth in my car in regards to my phone. For the 2 minor things , they wanted me to sit down, wait until someone can come to help me. I said it's not possible, I am not here for oil change, or major issues , why do I have to wait so long. I asked to see Liliann. Upon explaining why I am here for, she called a technician to have my phone linked to the bluetooth in the car. That was done 1 2 3. It did not take not even 2 minutes. In regards to the battery of on my car key, she went with me to the part center to have it replaced. Though I paid for the battery, I truly believe that it is Honda responsibility to change the battery. The battery should have been covered under the manufacturer guarantee. I figuratively put my boxing gloves on, ready to call Honda Headquarters to speak to the highest supervisor, to vent my frustration. At this point, I did not care how long it would have taken to reach a supervisor, I was ready to wait for hours and hours. Until now, I am adamant about it, the battery should have been covered by the manufacturer. I told Liliann straightforward this is unfair to pay for the battery; she said, I will take care of that, don’t worry. Have I not taken care of you in the past? She said. Those words only made me put my boxing gloves down. She did some magic, and got me some discount and I agreed to pay for the remaining amount. This is what I called Outstanding Customer Care. An employee who knows how to de- escalate a customer’s frustration, help me save time, and solve the problem at the same time. The way she addressed me as customer, the time and effort she invested in helping me, the promptness for resolving the issue, are simply priceless. She even asks me how my family is doing. That shows care and not someone who is here to get your money. Those little things count a great deal to a customer. As long as Liliann is at Millennium Honda, that’s where I will go to service my car. More
