issues with my I had two come to the Service Center twice and each time Estherlin was very helpful. I had to change my battery on Monday and I also needed an oil change. She did give me a day to come in when they are not so busy but I couldn't make it that day. I went in on Friday and got my oil change done in 20 minutes. I also like that after every oil change they wash my car. More

Millennium is closer to my home but my past visits were to sales and I didn't enjoy the swarming efforts. The dealer where I purchased my Honda was Honda City in Levittown but their service relocated to Bethpage. Gave Millennium Service a shot and they(Lilly) came through with flying colors. I might take a chance with purchasing/leasing from Millennium in the future only because of the service. More

Excellent I visited Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY on Friday afternoon October 27, 2017. I had received a recall on my mothers 2006 Honda Accord regarding ai I visited Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY on Friday afternoon October 27, 2017. I had received a recall on my mothers 2006 Honda Accord regarding air bags. Claritza Munoz was very polite, patient and professional in explaining the situation. She speaks well and she is confident. She stated the the letter was only if your air bags had deployed that you needed to contact the number on the notice. She even went above and beyond to place my mind at ease by checking to see in the computer if there were any pending recall's on my mothers car. She stated that according to the records my mothers car did not have those particular air bags and the car was safe. Claritza even gave me the Honda's corporate number to be absolutely sure. I called the corporate number and they verified what Claritza said. Claritza was very pleasant and hospitable. When everything was concluded. Claritza walked me to the door where they drove up my car to and then shook my hand and said to have a good weekend.
