Well Let me see, Dropped the car off for 2 recalls and an oil change. 1 recall for a Fule pump, another for a grease, spring, cap. The Fuel pump they never got, the spring parts never arrived. I waited for 1/2 hr in freezing temperature outside for them to get the car out. The next day they called to tell me that the spring parts were in stock so I asked what about the fuel pump and they said they would have to check my pump. Something I guess they DIDN'T Check in the 8 hours that they had the car. So tell me, How did it go ? More

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM for both a NYS inspection and a flat tire issue. This was after having recently been serviced on 11/08, so I expected the process to be quick, thinking I’d be there inspection and a flat tire issue. Here’s the timeline of what happened: 2:30 PM: Arrived for the appointment. 4:30 PM: After waiting for 2 hours, I was told that my tire needed to be replaced. 5:00 PM: I was informed that they had just started the NYS inspection. Given that I was expecting the entire process to take about an hour, I’m wondering what happened during the 2-hour wait between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM. Why was my car not being worked on during that time? More
