My experience with Claritza I came into the service center with a tire pressure light warning. As soon as I came in Claritza helped me immediately and with a smile. She explain I came into the service center with a tire pressure light warning. As soon as I came in Claritza helped me immediately and with a smile. She explained to me the results of the service receipt in detail and made sure that if I needed anything I could come to her. Since getting my vehicle she has been the only person who has helped me personally. The light came back on and once I let her know she immediately made sure that I would be taken care of with a loaner car while my car got a full diagnostic review, all before I returned to the service center. She was AMAZING ! I look forward to working with her in the future. More

Absolutely Awesome!!! Where to start.. All 4 of my tires/rims were stolen, no one would tow me. I went to Millennium Honda, met with Esther and told her my story. She found Where to start.. All 4 of my tires/rims were stolen, no one would tow me. I went to Millennium Honda, met with Esther and told her my story. She found me 3 spare tires and some lug nuts to help me get my car towed. She was empathetic and went above and beyond to help me out. She followed up with me every step of the way, right until the end. The level of service was amazing!!
