Most Excellent and Pleasant Experience I brought my 2013 Honda Pilot for uterine service and to get a tire fixed that was leaking air. I was fortunate to have been assigned to the most pleasant, professional and helpful representative, Claritza Munos. She immediately made me feel welcomed. Was very knowledgeable and informative about my situation. Once she had my diagnostic information from the technician, she provided me with clear choices. She was thorough and on point with everything. I drove away from the service department that day feeling more than pleased with my Pilot running like new. Claritza is awesome!. Thank you!! More

Ultimate Service!!! Steven was my service representative and he was Fantastic. He insured that I was updated with the status of my car via phone. Claritza was on point! ...She wanted to make sure our vehicle was properly assessed and that it was safe for all our passengers, suggesting that we leave the car to make sure the work was done right away Providing great customer service, Claritza suggested we get dropped off at home and not have to wait in the waiting room for a couple of hours, concerned for our comfort, arranging round-trip Honda transportation for us..Claritza was very attentive, friendly, professional and thorough as she wrote up the work details and also checked to see what work was covered under warranty, which is always appreciated. Her attention to detail is appreciated and makes her a great asset to the Honda Millennium Service Team under the leadership of Service Manager, Greg Andrews.
