Unfortunately, we had miserable experience at our local Honda service center and refused to return. Therefore, I decided to make an appointment for service at Millennium. A lovely young lady scheduled the appointment for me. She was courteous and very friendly. When we arrived at the service center, we were greeted by Paul Mosca. He was polite, had a great sense of humor, an obvious caring nature, and was very professional. Paul, without hesitation, accommodated our need for quick turnaround service. How lucky are we that our local Honda service center did not work out for us! If it had, we never would have had the pleasure of meeting Paul! He is the reason that we will continue to return!
