Claritza is helpful, she reported that i need to change alernator and ahe got the paper work done under warranty. all i need is to bring it in few days. The cost for services is more than outside mechanic shops. More

2003 Honda Pilot EX-L I took my Honda Pilot in for it's 6 month scheduled maintenance, but since I was going to go on a road trip through the east coast starting from Toron I took my Honda Pilot in for it's 6 month scheduled maintenance, but since I was going to go on a road trip through the east coast starting from Toronto Can. down. Maria suggested the complete 30,000 scheduled maintenance to insure proper performance of car for this long 10 to 15 day trip and I agreed.In reviewing what was done I was a little disappointed, because the wiper inserts were not replaced and I know this because I replaced them Two months ago. I just hope that everything outlined in the service report was done and correct to insure I have no problems on the road when I start my adventure. Thanks and hope to see soon. I will let you know how it went later. GOOD OR BAD!! More
