Lillian is everywhere, one minute in the waiting room calling you to inform you about the progress on you car, the next moment, you see her behind her desk, next minutes she is talking to the mechanics. If Lillian Hamilton and Gregory Andrews are absent I come back another time. with my car. No insult to the other service personnel. Lilian does not communicate with you in jargon. No she explains to me step by step what needs be done, systematically. She has a sense of humor that keeps you at ease. Lilian makes sure that your car is well taking care of. In regards to the bill, every single detail is explain. Lilian and Gregory really attract customers. They are doing a fantastic job. More
