No she explains to me step by step what needs be done, systematically. She has a sense of humor that keeps you at ease. Lilian makes sure that your car is well taking care of. HORRIBLE! My elderly mother went to Millennium Honda because her 2015 honda civic had a flat tire. She was ready to purchase a new tire. After waiting for 2 h My elderly mother went to Millennium Honda because her 2015 honda civic had a flat tire. She was ready to purchase a new tire. After waiting for 2 hours and asking why she had to wait so long, she was told that the car only needed air put into it. "Are you sure?" she asked three separate times only to be told that they were very sure. Needless to say, she believed them and got the air put in and left. In less than 24 hours, she had another flat tire with the same tire. She went to Costco the next day and they found a big hole in her tire! BEWARE!! THIS PLACE CANNOT BE TRUSTED! More
