Millennium Honda - Service Center

HORRIBLE! My elderly mother went to Millennium Honda because her 2015 honda civic had a flat tire. She was ready to purchase a new tire. After waiting for 2 h My elderly mother went to Millennium Honda because her 2015 honda civic had a flat tire. She was ready to purchase a new tire. After waiting for 2 hours and asking why she had to wait so long, she was told that the car only needed air put into it. "Are you sure?" she asked three separate times only to be told that they were very sure. Needless to say, she believed them and got the air put in and left. In less than 24 hours, she had another flat tire with the same tire. She went to Costco the next day and they found a big hole in her tire! BEWARE!! THIS PLACE CANNOT BE TRUSTED! More

I have been coming here for years and the system of service here is very organized & convenient from the valet style indoor car drop off, to the service reception to the pick up. Working with Lillian Hamilton for example on multiple instances has been a great customer experience. She is a hard worker, articulate and class personified. The system of leaving the car, drivers taking you to your destination (work, etc.) picking you up once the car is ready to take you back to the service center is yet another example of why Millennium Honda's Service center is my choice for car service.
