I MUST give a very big THANK YOU to BOTH Lillian Hamilton (service advisor) and George (Technician...don't know his last name but his technician area is the first on the right from where customers drop their car off). I felt very comfortable working with them both and as a result of this visit, I have overcome my uncertainty/hesitation about bringing my car back to do a $1300 job. The follow up call that Lillian makes is much appreciated, as she is the only Service Advisor to ever do so. Once again a big THANK YOU to Lillian and George!!! More

Broken down vehicle I had broken down in BJ's parking lot in Freeport, very frustrating quotes the Honda Civic Center and spoke with claritza and she took care of the who I had broken down in BJ's parking lot in Freeport, very frustrating quotes the Honda Civic Center and spoke with claritza and she took care of the whole thing you told me who to call and had to get my truck there and took care of all the repairs and had me back on the road and two days.
