Had a bad attitude first time I get my Honda Accord 2014 to service there and now last Saturday May 2017 (with my second Honda Accord 2017) had another unpleasant and unwelcome bad attitude from this, supposedly highly rated "service advisor" with an unpleasant "joke" that my car "couldn't be serviced there because I bought it in another dealer." The car had, actually, being serviced already, but she tried to stupidly show herself in making a very unwelcome, inappropriate and unnecessary "joke" about it in front of another not very pleasant cashier on the right side. This a very bad business practice that does not service any purpose except for annoying a loyal customer. More
