Finally I'm very happy with the service today Thanks to Mr. Mosca I was able to get to my appointment on time. I brought the car for an oil change and a software update( CVT) and car was in about Thanks to Mr. Mosca I was able to get to my appointment on time. I brought the car for an oil change and a software update( CVT) and car was in about 8:20 am and I was out by 10:15 am. I was told they could not give me a loaner because I was supposed to call 7 days ahead of time but on prior calls I was told I needed to call on same day of service. I was very frustrated as I needed to be in another place by 11:30 am, but thanks to speaking with Mr. Mosca I was on time for my appointment, he was able to have the card ready under 2hours. In the past I have waited over 4 hours only for an oil change and I was a little worry that that could happened again, I'm glad this time was different and people need to be recognized when they do a good job. I never wrote about my bad experience here, I hope I can continue giving positive review about this place on future visits. But that would be up to the next person that takes my car for service. More
Ms. Lillian is the BEST! I walked in for a tire pressure light and Lilian was ready to check me in. From there on my nerves were relaxed and sure enough my car was ready within the next half hour ! Poor Service I had made an appointment on 10/22/16 for a service. I have a CR-Z 2015. (I had a late night flight from Dallas the Friday night so you know I'm extr I had made an appointment on 10/22/16 for a service. I have a CR-Z 2015. (I had a late night flight from Dallas the Friday night so you know I'm extremely tired). My appointment was for 1pm. Steven told me there was a recall for an airbag if it was in stock he would have them install it I said ok. he called me to say that I was at the 15,000 mileage and I need to change my filters I told him it would have to wait until 10/28/16 when I get paid I'll come back. I went and took my seat maybe about an hour he came to me to say they technician said the filters were extremely dirty and I need to change them. I looked at him first "sir I just told you I had no money on me (I had $50.00 on my card) and of course he was being very adamant that I can come up with the money, where was I to get it? I told you I don't have the money next week I'll come back. half an hour later he came back ok you need to pay $10 and here is your keys I looked I told these are not my keys. He was like yes its yours isn't your name Helen? No sir my name is MaryAnn Treasure!!!! I sat down again for another 20mins, then he came with my keys. On my way driving home I notice my steerings all chipped up and scratch up and it looks so disgusting. How could someone do this and Steven never said anything to me. I took the pictures sent to him in his email I also sent them to Mr. Warrell Wilson (who helped me get my car last year 12/9/15 he was so wonderful). Today is Wednesday and Steven has not called to acknowledge ok Mrs. Treasure sorry for what happened so this is what we going do? One bad apple can spoil the bunch this is my first encounter. I have been coming here and never been treated like this. More

World Class and Impeccable Service We were traveling from Northern Virginia to Long Island, NY for a funeral. During the drive up, our 2006 Honda Accord started making a light scrapping We were traveling from Northern Virginia to Long Island, NY for a funeral. During the drive up, our 2006 Honda Accord started making a light scrapping sound. When we arrived to our hotel in Long Island, the scrapping noise got worse and we needed to get the car checked. We looked up a Honda Service Center close to our hotel and found Millennium Honda Service Center, which was open on Saturday morning. We decided to take our car in the morning before the funeral to Millennium Honda Service Center. As arrived, the scrapping noise got really bad, and the service center knew it was a bad sound. We were greeted by Lillian from the Service Center and told her the situation. Immediately, she asked us when/where was the funeral mass. She stated you are with the Honda Family at Millennium and we are in good hands. She had her team to start investigating the problem with our car. She had the courtesy vehicle provide us transportation to the funeral. Within 2 hours, she told us the problem was the muffler cap being loose and needed to be pinned back. We picked up our car and were able to go back home. We were so happy with the high quality of service from Lillian and the Millennium Honda Service Center. More
Greg Andrews understands "customer service." I was very unhappy with my last visit to Millenium when I learned the service rep handling my car went home without telling me the work on my car had I was very unhappy with my last visit to Millenium when I learned the service rep handling my car went home without telling me the work on my car had been completed and left me sitting in their waiting room two hours more than necessary. When I complained to Greg Andrews he apologized and agreed it was handled unprofessionally. He went out of his way to assure me that it will never happen again. And I will never leave my car at Millenium again unless Mr. Andrews oversees the work being done. He treats you as a "person" and not just another "number." More
