Service with a smile! I've only visted the service center in Hempstead, NY twice since purchasing my vehicle in January, 2016. Funny thing is, I didn't get my vehicle from I've only visted the service center in Hempstead, NY twice since purchasing my vehicle in January, 2016. Funny thing is, I didn't get my vehicle from this location due to a dealer that simply didn't think I was serious about the purchase (Oh, well... still love my 2016 Accord!). Nevertheless, I decided to take a chance and use the service center because it's located walking distance from my home. On both vists, I was not disappointed! Steven Murillo, Service Advisor, took real good care of me. He greeted me with a smile and checked on me often as well as his other customers. He answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns regarding recalls. Yes, sir, Mr. Murillo is on top of things! Truly appreciate great customer service. Best, Data Girl/Satisfied Customer. There is no question too embarrassing to ask, when it comes to your car. I am totally clueless when it comes to cars. Paul takes the time to simply mechanical language in a manner in which I understand. With each visit, he informs me what I am due for, what I need to come in for next time, what to watch and pay close attention to. While all employees that I have encountered at Honda, (Steve, Yolanda), are terrific, Paul really adds a personal touch to the delivery of service. He really listens to the customers concerns. Paul just recently saved me thousands of dollars on my vehicle on my last visit on 10/3/2016. I would highly recommend Paul Mosca to provide service for you! Paul is passionate about his job. Terrible Paul told us the oil change was free before leaving the car, he then charged us after it was done. After reviewing the paper work that came with the p Paul told us the oil change was free before leaving the car, he then charged us after it was done. After reviewing the paper work that came with the prepaid maintenance program we called back. He basically told us sorry you already paid and signed the bill, there was nothing he could do and that we were wrong. Would not recommend dealing with Paul, we talked to someone that actually has a brain and they refunded the oil change. More
