Millennium Honda - Service Center

I had a appointment for 9:00 am Brought my car in at 7:45 am . They told me my car should be ready by 2:30. No call was made I get there at 2:30 and they said my car was not touched and that was because 7:45 am . They told me my car should be ready by 2:30. I then had to wait a hour and my car was complete by 4:00pm. IT WAS NOT THE ADVISOR FAULT. I tried calling to get an update no one answered the phone I called 5 times. Waisted my whole day More

Well Let me see, Dropped the car off for 2 recalls and an oil change. 1 recall for a Fule pump, another for a grease, spring, cap. The Fuel pump they never got, the spring parts never arrived. I waited for oil change. 1 recall for a Fule pump, another for a grease, spring, cap. The Fuel pump they never got, the spring parts never arrived. I waited for 1/2 hr in freezing temperature outside for them to get the car out. The next day they called to tell me that the spring parts were in stock so I asked what about the fuel pump and they said they would have to check my pump. Something I guess they DIDN'T Check in the 8 hours that they had the car. So tell me, How did it go ? More
