2.5 hours for NY state inspection I dropped my car off for state inspection on Tuesday July 26th at 930 AM. The day prior, I went on their website and scheduled an appointment for 930A I dropped my car off for state inspection on Tuesday July 26th at 930 AM. The day prior, I went on their website and scheduled an appointment for 930AM, based on their advertisement to do so to "save time and money." I was greeted by the service agent who told me it was about an hour, hour and a half to get the car serviced. I asked if she was sure if it would be done by 11 AM as I was scheduled for work at 1130. She stated, "yeah, yeah, it's no problem." I returned to the premises at 1115 to inquire about the status of my car. The service agent said she wasn't sure how long it wold take. I did not leave their premises until noon. When the service agent told me my car was ready, it was only then she apologized, 2.5 hours later, for the delay, because they "only have one inspection machine." It would have been nice to know that bit of information ahead of time, so I could have rearranged my schedule accordingly and not have been late for work. And don't tell your customers a bogus wait time. Scheduling an appointment only sets you up to be disappointed. More

There was clear indication of immediate service maintenance. Willing to avoid any complication of the existing problem, I took the car Millennium Honda service in Hempstead NY., with the prospect of missing work on that day. As soon as I got there, a service personnel staff ran to help me and then referred me to Mr. Aldolin Cruz as my service advisor. I exposed my problem to Mr. Cruz who promised to help me save my day of work. In about 30 minutes, my car was serviced and I was able to leave for work. I have no words to express my gratitude to Mr. Cruz and to Millennium Honda as well. I truly appreciated the diligence, professionalism, and friendliness of Mr. Cruz More

They have always done an outstanding job with both of our cars, and that includes cars that we purchased elsewhere. The facilities are clean and neat, the waiting area provides fresh-brewed coffee and refreshments as well as Internet access, and they provide a free shuttle service to drive customers home after they drop off their cars (within a certain distance from the dealership). All of the people that we have encountered have been pleasant and helpful...from those who first check-in the vehicles, to the service writers, and the managers, and even the mechanics, we've always been happy with the service that we have received. Paul Mosca is an excellent example of how great their service writers are to their customers. He is always polite, friendly, informed, helpful, and accommodating. Paul has a genuine smile and makes you feel very comfortable leaving your car in their hands. We would highly recommend this service center to maintain your cars! More

ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE. Inflated dealer prices are a rip-off. I made the mistake of frequenting Millenium Honda. I called a week ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE. Inflated dealer prices are a rip-off. I made the mistake of frequenting Millenium Honda. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment to replace the passenger side air bag. I made the appointment for Saturday at 7:30 AM. Millenium Honda Rule # 1 - Never, ever make an appointment for Saturdays here. It is their busiest day. I had ten cars ahead of me lined up the street at 7:30 AM. After an hour of waiting, I was told that they had no passenger side air bags in stock. Why would you give me an appointment to replace the passenger side air bag if you don't have any in stock? Wouldn't that information have been better relayed over the phone? I was assured that I would be called when passenger side air bags were in stock. A week later Raul from Millenium Honda called and asked me to make an appointment since passenger side air bags were available. I duly called, waited on hold, made an appointment and drove an hour in rush-hour traffic to come in. After waiting three hours, I was then told that passenger side air bags were actually not in stock. Raul was mistaken. Bumpers were in stock. If you don't value your time, then feel free to frequent Millenium Honda. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE. More
